All of the bands that 'satan' posted here are deathcore bands, and Lamb of God is something different than deathcore, so it is expected that they have different styles of singing and ''''HEAVINESS''''. Those bands are exceptionally good(Suicide Silence is one of the best), but Lamb Of God is one of the reasons those bands are even known by their own followers, because bands such as Lamb Of God paved the way for modern Heavy Metal. Lamb Of God is an american standard when it comes to metal. Being from Richmond Virginia, it feels good to be able to wave a bands flag from my own town because, well, GWAR is trash:P

this band has sick giitar riffs but they arent very heavy and the lead vocalist cant hit those really low notes when he screams like whitechapel does.if you guys want to listen to some real heavy shit then go to youtube and look up viser exicer by whitechapel or bow down by born of osiris.here is a list of some other bands you guys might get into:blood runs black,oceano,impending doom,septic flesh,miss may i,despised icon,suicide silence,knights of the abyss,i declare war,dissfiguring goddess,fuck your shadow from behind,for today,molotov solution,chelsea grin,and i cant think of anymore right now but there are hundreds out there.hope you enjoy :) yours truly,satan.

Ok the song is great. Awesome. Love it. But y'all need to chill out on the people who don't like it! Music is all about what speaks to you, what touches your soul. If the same music touched everyone, the world would be pretty dull. So chill out, enjoy the music, and let the people who don't like it just go listen to whatever they want. And to the person who said it isn't rock, oops. You are wrong. Rock has many forms, metal being one of them. So it really is rock.

This is definitely a song that sends shivers down my spine. It's just brilliant; the lyrics and singing work so well and there's absolutely frigging awsome guitar going on, and it fits in with the chorus perfectly.

First off, Lamb Of God is kickass. There's no debating that fact in my mind. No matter how many bands I listen to, Lamb Of God trumps them all.

Also, I can't be bothered to go find this "Normal Kid" post, but I will say this. Successful is successful.

really listen to the lyrics I just like the music, not a
big fan of the yelling screaming voice it really takes

lamb of god is fucking insane. like the song "condemn the hive" from wrath. they make countless amazing songs. they are sooo fucking creative.

This ''Normal Kid'' hasnt got a fucking clue even this excellent band were ''emo'' its not about there look or what they are its all about the sound the music the rythem and thy happen to have all 3 so normal kid get fucked and listen to my chemical romance or some fagman band witch is emo

I don't know how many different people have been "Normal Kid" now' but I can just about guarantee you that its been a different person every time. Do you really think that the original Normal Kid has seen any of your comments replying to what he first said? I highly doubt it. In all honesty, judging on what he said, he probably was just a middle school aged kid fucking around with people he knew would get pissed off. It was probably something he thought would be funny one night but never came back to it again. I hate to say it, but all of you giving feedback on his comment are the ones looking like fools now, because even if he is reading these, he's probably just laughing even more at you. Its already embarassing enough that I wasted my time on this, but just throwing my two cents out there.

I can't find the legendary 'normal kid' review, but considering the other thousand comments replying to that post I'm kinda scared to see what pissed people off so fucking bad. This guy either deserves a medal or a kick in the nuts. Anyway, I don't honestly give a shit.

Now, on to the song! I've never considered myself a Metalhead or a Lamb of God fan, but I can easily appreciate good music when I hear it, and this song hits that list. Guitars and Bass = FUCKIN'-A, Drumming knocked me into tomorrow (Kicks major ass), and the vocals will drive black gritty nails into your skull, and the only way you can react to this orgasmic experience is "Hell-to-fucking-Houston this OWNS!"
