And you can tell this is a really emotinal song, Jon has NEVER played 'Daddy' live! This song makes me think of the song "kill you" where he is sining about his stepmother being an asshole, but the facts is that it wasn't his stepmother, that too was a relative, just like in the song "Daddy". Maybe it is the same person? i dont know, but one thing I know, is that Jon writes the "bad guys" as his mother and/or father. He tried to tell his mom, but she didn't believe him. His dad never raped him or anything like that. Thats the reason he apologizes to his mom in the beginning because he had to get this off his chest and had to say that his mom didnt believe him. This song easily had to be the HARDEST song to write, record, and even think about. KoRn has never played this song live, except for snippets of it before they got a record.
