Local hot sauce maker Trinidad Charlie sat with him while he had some gumbo and a beer and wrote the song. So what will become of this man who helped Chesney slide from reality? Hopefully, nothing. He’s happy to maintain the same lifestyle he’s had on the island for 40 years. He’s not looking to get rich off the soon-to-be-famous sauce.
