That incident has meant I can't trust my other best friend, whenever she goes near my current boyfriend, from fears of it happening again. I cried for months over this, as I already had self esteem issues, and my supposed 'friend' was considered hot and all that shit. But for some reason, after I really listened to this song one day on the radio, it really helped me. Now, yeah I still have trust issues. However, I don't let the two people who ruined me see it. I don't give in to them whenever I'm down. It's truly a big 'fuck you' song in a way. I'm into metal music, and I have to say this song is one of the only pop songs I truly love.
