He loved God with all his heart! | Reviewer: Meg | 10/27/09 I have to write a research paper for my composition class on a musician, and when I prayed about it, I believe God lead me to do it on Keith Green. I never really knew anything about him, except from the few songs i heard of his growing up. Wow. I have never cried so much learning about someone. Hearing his songs on youtube have really touched me.. and convicted me a lot too. He has inspired me to be sold out and committed to Jesus. I am amazed by his humbleness in always wanting to give Jesus praise - he did not like people clapping for him, but pointed them back to the one who deserves all the praise! I look forward to meeting him one day =) i do miss him. May we all seek after God and pursue his dream / call on our life as he did. Amen. Dead yet he lives | Reviewer: James Mwendwa | 9/21/09 I never met that dear brother,never heard of him and his tragic way of promotion to glory until around 1996, when I heard his music. His lylics made me connect to his love for Jesus, and from that day I desired to have more of his music which was hard finding to come by. My raw love for him came in 2005 when I read his biography and untill then i have always be inspired by his life to love the Lord Jesus More and to be completly submitted to Him. May his Ministy and life continue to inspire more for Christ, May his family be always consolled by God. although he is dead he his alive by his music and minisrty. THE AWESOME MAN OF GOD | Reviewer: Bill Ryder | 7/19/09 I never had the chance to meet Keith Green in person but i can say I have been blessed as many have by his music and words.My life has been down many of bad roads,but each time it was the music of this great man that drew me back to the Lord JESUS.I do not know the whys or reasons of Keiths death but I can say this.His music and minestries live on in the hearts of the people of GOD.I to await the day I will meet him face to face in Heaven May GOD Bless his family till we all meet up there YBIC Bill Ryder Keith Was Humble Man, Musical Genius! | Reviewer: Matt Mattero Ministries | 5/17/09 I never met Keith Green but I was introduced to his music in 1980, and performed "When I Hear The Praises Start" for a Keith Fanatic for a concert. I had a chance to get to see him in 1980 but it was during my college finals and I couldn't go. Little did I know only a short 2 years later Keith would be gone. I was very saddened by his death and I wrote Last Days Ministry and posted info about Keith On my website and even when Melody had a stroke I posted for donations to help her get funds to pay for all her hospital bills. Keith was a very spiritual and humble man, a great musician, gospel artist, husband and writer as well as a fine preacher. Keith knew the word and conveyed it well through his music. I am a singer and pianist and I play Keith's music all the time in an effort to keep his memory alive. I really have to practice hard to play Keith's music as it is very difficult and NOT for the beginner pianist! I wish I could've seen him live I have his book "NO COMPROMISE" and the memorial concert and his love broke through VHS tapes which I love and I have all of Keith's music in 2 volumes and it is really close to what he plays! as well I have the entire 4 CD set of the MINISTRY YEARS. I feel that the plane accident could have been avoided and it was "pilot error" why Keith and the smalley family and their 6 kids and Behtany and Josiah all died because the plane was severly overloaded. Well its over now but a little hindsight would have spared everyone on board. Long live Keith and and wonderful music and I do all I can to keep his memory alive! I can't wait to see Keith in heaven! No one ever challenged my faith like Keith Green | Reviewer: Melisa | 3/4/09 I was a very young woman when I heard the tragic news about Keith, his children and the other young family getting killed in the plane crash. I was a huge follower of Last Days Ministry and Keith Green. I was devastated! I had never been as challenged to grow in my faith and give up my life for Christ as I was in following the teachings of that ministry. The day I heard the news, I called in to work and told my boss I couldn't come in because I was crying so hard. He got so mad the next day when I told him that it wasn't someone I knew personally and I almost lost my job. There were many nights I would wake in the middle of the night and cry out to God for Melody. When she was very pregnant I went to a Memorial concert and she said from the stage, I can't tell you how many nights I laid awake crying and God would send me His comfort. I lived in the ranch house with him until we finished the first building... and before Keith & Mel moved across the street. Keith's love for Jesus was as intense as I have ever seen. I would like to see today, the man God would have crafted if only it would have been His will that he live. what a joy | Reviewer: kuku | 1/17/08 i haven't met keith green personally but i met him through reading his biography and listening to his music and singing it too. i have been singing his songs without noticing who compose. till one day, i was at my proffesor's house for our discipleship group will meet there. we started out by singing one of his songs "change my heart o God".. after that our prof. started to tell us the story of the song composer.. i was amazed and at the same time thank God for this man keith green.. i don't know why.. that night i went back to our dormitory and there i sat down and cried and cried for almost three hours.. the story of keith green inspired me.
