I really liked "Atlantic" from the first listen but have grown to love it more and more after each time I listen to it. With "Hopes and Fears" I loved that one right away but found that I was bothered by Chaplin taking deep breaths in between words on nearly every track. This isn't usually heard in songs and it really bothered me after listening to it so many times. I wondered why the production kept it that way. Chaplin does have a wonderful, angelic voice, and that comes off so much more evidently on "Atlantic". Keep up the good work boys! Tim's melodious piano playing creates pure emotion, Tom's choirboy voice is beyond amazing, and Richard's drumming is actually rather lovely. The trio's songs are magical. Their debut album, Hopes and Fears, sold over four million copies, because of their original sound. Under The Iron Sea brings back that easily distinguished, powerful sound. I honestly recommend that if you have not bought their albums, you are truly missing out on great music.
