Cash like Walk the Line or Folsome Prison, but it was a good song and honest about poor people who had to work for a few dollars to keep their wives and kids. It wasn't about having fancy trucks or expensive habits. It was not about the easy life or getting dissipated on liquor or drugs or vices. It's just about simple people who work hard for a living and take care of their families. (and some of them go to church). SImple working Americans
