Even though something awful happened to this girl, the singer keeps taking the pills that killed her to forget the pain, keep going, etc. antidepressants | Reviewer: Starshine | 3/20/08 paxil, prozac and citalopram are all white pill antidepressants. the smile and not get worried part makes me think even more that the song is about antidepressants/antianxiety medication which can sometimes be more addicting than illegal drugs.
