What a cow! (and I mean that in the kindest way...) This is in fact a very plain and simple call to ethical self-regulation on the part of the "revolutionary(s)" (among the) baby boomer generation... The boomers, at that time - and to this very day (this includes at least a few of the Airplane crew themselves, at some points in the trip anyway) - were/are in the process of "dropping the ball," (The Aeon is a Child at Play...) leaving it for us "children of the Eighties" to pick up post-Reagan - now is way past time to get that Starship up and hyperdriving!
