I think I smelled her aroma at the same instant she floated into view from my left. Breathtaking and stunning and captivating doesn't even begin to describe her. From the sleek black dress that showed off all her spectacular curves to the simple elegant necklace to the shiny red fuck-me pumps. And the smile. That enchanting smile she reserved for brief moments that we allowed ourselves to connect in front of others. As I glanced down to her freckled wrist, I noticed she was wearing the inexpensive, black, round wooden bracelet I had bought for her 2 years ago in Cannon Beach. IWALMM

The first time I heard this song I was reluctantly driving home on a Sunday afternoon, two or three weeks after my husband had left me -the day over, all ways of occupying Sunday having been exhausted, no prospects except spending Sunday evening alone...this song describes EXACTLY how I felt, the pit of my stomach falling to my knees, leaving only emptiness...what a brilliant line...even Oprah wanted to know how he thought of saying that...thanks, James Blunt, for putting into words so perfectly in this beautiful song the feeling of love ending(and yes, it makes me cry every time I hear it, too...).

As talented as he is, it is difficult to single out one song that is his best. The lyrics, and the music behind the lyrics...perfect!!
Anyone and everyone that listens to this can relate to what he is saying. There is no way to listen to this and not put yourself into a past relationship that you wish did not have to end but knew both of you were better off if it did.

I`m Vietnamese so I cannot listen it as clearly as foreigners (>_______<). In this lyric , it's " ... you've been the one for me ..." but I always listen like " ...you've been no one for me ..." . Perhaps I`m wrong ? Plz tell me which true.TIX
