First two lines are Italian. Next line is Spanish, and the last is French. It is pretty much nonsense though - I don't know Italian, but I know Spanish and French, and the Spanish line is "Pretty girl, how are you?" (I'm guessing that's what the Italian line is too). So basically, he's asking the girl how she is in different languages before reverting to English and saying he doesn't understand. Hope that helps!
