The copyright owner is Scottside Music, BMI Licensee and the composer is Warren Kendrick, a BMI songwriter. Action Woman was originally recorded by the Litter in Minneapolis and has been covered by many bands including the Lime Spiders from Australia and Echo and the Bunnymen. The publisher has never received any inquiries from this band as to fair use nor have any royalties been paid.
