Being this vanilla went out with Donnie and Marie Osmond. By the way, Brad, did you ever hear of the Rodney King riot? It was started by years of police oppression and gang violence in black communities in L.A., not just because of one isolated incident where a man was brutally beaten. I'm a graduate of an Ivy League uniuversity who while in college was thankful for the chance to hear this kind of music and to actually know what went on in those communities, long before the riots there. I also liked the way Ice Cube made even a disco beat sound hard. The point is you have to LISTEN to the song, my man. It was a very good one, sounds better than it reads, and in fact, I still remember the words. Finally, what makes you think Ice Cube was "rehabilatated" by Hollywood, home to sex deviants and drug addicts? Are you kidding?
