It took me close to five (5) years to get this song. I first listened to it during my stay in the United States as a foreign exchange student from Africa in 2005/2006 but wasn't able to come back home with a copy of the CD. It happen to be among the few songs that woke me up in the middle of the night during my stay...dunno how or why, but it sure called onto me and has ever since became one of my favorites.
Got it yesterday night and just bout to extract the lyrics from your site.

I love the part where he says "Then the birds come out to play

This song is so light-hearted yet, it has a great meaning. When life is rough(aka torrential down pours), just pray for better days (aka sunny days). Good metaphor.
