My boy was the one to introduce me to their music in our freshman year of High SChool('07 Grads)and it really brought us together. We found more common ground and deeper feelings while we hung out and rocked out to their work and others we found through them. Now we're rockin' to Venus Doom and living more or less happily ever after. What a fairy tale huh? ^^ Who can't love the band that brought two so very different people as Pauli and myself together? He was a little punk ass looser and I was a soccer jock for Pete's sake! How much more star crossed can you get in this day and age? So there you go!! They're music isn't all gothic "kill me" type of thing, nor is it all "come to me" music. I am compleatly obbsessed with them. And I am determind to meet Ville Valo. Not at like a CD signing or whatever. I mean meet him in person and have a real conversation with him, perhapes even make friends with him. But I don't understand why some people think he is a compleat goth and acctually deserves to die. If someone said that to my face, I would slap them so hard it would probibly knock them out for a week! I am 12 years old, and love HIM. Some people think that might be a bit young to like a band such as HIM so much, they might think it will screw me up as I grow older. But I can't help it, I'm totally addicted.
