I think that a rock band has got to have alot of balls to cary of a song like this, the begginning is so light and fluffy but, -although i aint that keen on GnR - they do realy deliver this song in true rock style. though the key change and final solo do it for me.

my boyfriend got into an arguement and he said something awful (I can't remember now) he followed me everywhere playing that song and then taped the lyrics in my locker.. he said that song always reminded him of me..

awesome song but i'd have to agree most guns n' roses stuff is alot heavier. sounds more like them towards the end of the song. one of my favourites by them though i love november rain too.

i like this song and expecially the guitar solos by SLASH, SLASH is probably the 3rd best guitarist ever only to Angus Young and Jimmy Hendrix. and the vocals by AXL ROSE are killer, well for the most part this is a really good song

I love this song! My cousin got me started listening to this song when i was in middle school. And i just started loving the song! The song is one of the best rock songs ever and the best guns n roses song even though i really only like this song and paradise city from them. I love the video and i recorded it twice! I also listened to this song in high school during lunch with one of my friends and my boyfriend. i think it would be great if my boyfriend and i had this song as our song. i love it! the verses are good and the beats are really good! also, to the person that said they heard it first in big daddy, that was sheryl crow. sheryl crow remade the song, and that's her version in the movie when the boy has just been taken away from sonny and he's just sitting there thinking where they play the song in the movie. i love this song and it's one of my favorite rock songs! and i also love the lyrics, they are so sweet!

Sweet Child O mine is a good song but it doesn't correctly potray the type of music that Guns N Roses play. It's comparitively light and sappy while the other Guns N Roses songs are harder and a lot more intense. By the way, Heavy Fuel is a poser Guns N Roses fan
