You should be able to easily see the emotion and level of talent involved within this song. I will admit that I'm not a big fan of Axl, mostly because of his actions, but god bless. The trial was going on, ironically, at the same time of the Oklahoma City bombing. I have never read as to why the name was changed to IRS... However, I had the oppurtunity to see GNR live in Aimes, Iowa in 2006, and let me tell you- IT ROCKED LIVE! The Demos are great too, cant wait till the album comes out.
