I wasn't born in the GNR peak era, but was 2 when they split up, heard the old classics and have to say sweet child o' mine is the greatest rock song ever, bt, i really like the album and title track chinese democracy - i luv dat song, and i really like scraped, riad n the bedouins,prostitute,sacklers revenge and if the world. Now it’s east - west. Problem is by the time the ideals of "freedom", "democracy", "capitalism" etc even come close to being achieved universally there won't be anything left to rule. Some people say the end justifies the means but I say the means is the end. You are what you eat. The world needs to come together to end social and environmental degradation not to use each other as an excuse to remain ignorant. The world needs to admit that it’s simply greedy, egoistic and selfish, and self destructive. That it’s NOT good enough! And to have faith in something much, much greater than them. first review | Reviewer: ottoman | 11/29/08 gud song...not like da guns n roses which we knew...but i wuldnt say tht this is bad....a great album overall.......twenty years frm now itl be hailed as a classic..fro the time being people wuld be blond enough to ridicule axl rose for taking so much time n money...not to mention theyl be crying over slash n stradlin...cmo people!! listen to this album a gud number of times n let it sink in..then ull appreciate it properly.
