It's a really intense song, especially towards the end. one of my favorite songs | Reviewer: Anonymous | 5/13/05 "Whatsername" is probably one of my favorite songs on American Idiot. It contains so much substance that you feelas if Billie Joe really is Jesus of Suburbia. And the thing that makes it so great is the fact that the story ends, and even though Jesus of Suburbia gave up his life of partying and rebellion for love, he's too late! It's not your happy ending that every other story gives you! American Idiot is a story about disenfranchised youth, and that's what makes it so phenomenal.
