Green day | Reviewer: Ella | 8/27/08

I'am 12 and Im obessed about green day. I've been listening to green day scince I was 2, This is there best song yet but I deffently want them to do a world tour and come to Norwich. I once gave a boy in my class a black eye coz he said green day sucked and they wernt punk and never were (was sooo worth it)

i love green day

Rock Operas- Risky, But Worth It! | Reviewer: Anonymous | 12/23/07

I think this song is amazing. Even if you don't think that "American Idiot" was Green Day's best work, you have to admit that putting so many rock operas on one CD- their "last chance" CD, if you will- was a risk that paid off enormously. I love this song so much, I think it captures much of what I wish I could say to the world today. It's absolutely poetic in it's own direct way.

Love it =)

Yes. | Reviewer: Vodka | 11/22/07

I'm not that much of a fan of American Idiot, but this is definitely one of the best Green Day songs. It doesn't just apply to an individual, but a whole generation of them. "There's nothing wrong with me, this is how I'm supposed to be," are lyrics that I'm sure a lot of people can empathise with.

Jesus Of Suburbia, in a way, has become my anthem. My theme song per say.
Green Day have really exceeded their expectations from their fans with American Idiot. This song is a great example of that.
"No one really seems to care"
How true is that about the United States today? All Bush cares about is the war. There's so much more going on than that!
Kudos to Green Day for the whole American Idiot album, and all of their other breathtaking work.
xoxo

Almost as good as Bohemian Rhapsody | Reviewer: Anonymous | 8/26/07

This song is almost as good as Bohemian Rhapsody probally better than even Stairway to Heaven This song alone is better than Elvis himself well he only wrote Old Shep which is the saddest and 1 of the slowest songs ever i feel sorry 4 anyone who hears it and i hate it Jesus of Suburbia is also very long at 9:08 its not the longest i've heard iv'e heard 35:42 before Suburbia is dwarfed by it it has 4 swear words not a record iv'e heard 54 swear words in a song before

An epic work | Reviewer: naynur610 | 7/11/07

Green Day have really gone above and beyond on this track. I'm mostly into classic rock, but this song reminds me of the old Zeppelin & Floyd opuses of yesterday. Yet it has the fresh, new feel of today. I especially appreciate how the music is happy & upbeat, while the lyrics are wholly depressing...a beautiful paradox. This is truly an epic work. Kudos to Green Day!!!

Masterpiece | Reviewer: Squeak | 7/1/07

Simply breathtaking, while American Idiot isnt the best album due to its less punkish sound this is definatly the best Green day song ever.
Goose bumps.

Masterpiece | Reviewer: Anonymous | 7/1/07

While American Idiot isn't Green day's best album
(mostly cause it's not very punk) this song is probably the best song they ever made. Billy Joe him self says in the Bullet in a bible movie that this is song gives him chills playing. It's truly a masterpiece and probably the best song i have ever heard. Thumbs up
