this song is lamely written, i am sorry to say.
Green Day had respect from me up until american idiot when they started writing badly written political tunes.
i mean some of their earlier anti-authority songs aren't bad. But, this is way too much. They sound like their trying to hard to be a smart punk band like dead kennedys or something.

I love Green Day and so what if little kid ther is 11 iahve been listening to Green Day since I was 3 and I love them this is one of my most favourite songs. I love them they are the best band ever and they sing and write about what they want to write about not what everyone else wants them too. I love them, so nyehhh!!!

This is my fav band other than the killers (they are great!). This song agrees with everything that i think about the war. bush made a big mistake and all that mccain will do is make it even worse. VOTE OBAMA!
