For everyone who is bothered/angered/let down by Green Day writing more political songs...just get over it. As celebrities, they have the duty to be aware of world events and to broadcast their opinions, to whatever leaning, about those events. While every 'regular' person also has such a responsibility to speak up about things that matter, bands, actors, artists, and other celebrities have the power to reach so many people, and in ways more moving and powerful than any politician could get across. So, before you right anything else, search all the facts before you go on such a random rant, and my view of the war, it is the most unjust war ever, we have no motive over there, Saddam Huissen never had weapons of mass destruction, and didn't have the technology to build them, or even the technology to launch them, we killed thousands, and lost thousands, INCLUDING THEIR LEADER, just because Bush wanted to go to war with a country for no reason at all.
