Lyrics makes a lot of sense.. Great beats, about the raping old lady.. He's hallucinating;heroin in bulks!!(while that bit*h was having a baby!)!!
this song speaks a lot about problems in US(the world in general)-drugs, terrorism, hate etc;
ends with an optimistic note- we are one, and one is all...
