Love it, I have known this song now for as long as it exists and everytime I fall in love I can't seem to get it out of my head, I just sing along all day... The name isn't important, you won't see a girl named Emily that much in Holland but hey, it's the rest of the lyrics that truly describe my feelings. And so it happened again, I fell in love again, been playing it all day... Love it!

my boy friend introduced me to this song when we'd only just started going out. he replaced the name with mine and it fits perfectly and the first time i heard it i actually thought they were singing my name. my boy friend sings me this and aww its so sweet

This song reminds me of my girlfriend, she is amazing she is everything to me! Her name is emily and i figured out how to play this song and i sang it to her every night on the phone.But then 2 weeks later she thought i was too clingy so she broke up with me. So whenever i hear this song i think of how wamazing she was and how i lost her! It makes me sad, but it also brings back good memories. And Emily if you ever read this just know that i am always hear for you and I will always love you, you are the most beautiful girl in the world!

i love this song, but my boyfriend made a cover for it with my name in it. its amazing! hes very talented and he is the sweetest thing in the world, i wish more people could hear it, because i lovee it so much, it really got to me :) <3

Emily lives in Louisiana, alive and breathing, they broke up when they cheated on each other during warped tour '05 and i think, from my perspective, that this is some form of apology, or a way of telling her he missed her.

Oh my gosh. I never took the time to realize this was Sonnys song to his suicidal girlfriend. My name is Emily and that's the only reason I listened to it. But I never realized how personal this song is. I agree with the one reviewer that said "his voice is so whiney and sexy." I love FFTL, and now I love them even more. :)

My gosh. I heard this song yesterday and in my head I though "Oh my, I almost forgot about this song" But now I feel like I just want to listen to it again and again and again.

I wanted to dedicate this song to my girlfriend, but i read that is about Sonny's girlfriend who comited suicide... i dont know if thats true, but if is it, its HER'S song, not for someone else.

My boyfriend dedicated this song to me when we first got together. We've been through so many rough times since, so many breaks up and arguments. I haven't listened to this song in over half a year and listening to it now, just makes me cry. It's the most amazing song, has such a deep meaning and just reminds me of my boyfriend who I can't see because I got moved half way round the world =( I miss him so much.
