This song strikes me as a humorous gesture by a bunch of teenage Scottish boys, and not, as some of you have come to believe, a strong whiff of the lead singer's homosexuality. If you'd just look at the lyrics to their other songs - or even the titles - you'd see they're straight. "Tell Her Tonight", "Jacqueline", "Auf Achse", and even "Take Me Out" all show that this song was just a joke. So tell me, Damian, how many guys do you know who are named "Jacqueline"? It's good music, and gay artists have pumped out straight ballads for decades. The group has gay friends and wrote a song about the two of them dancing after they went out with them one night. They're just tryin to be a Beatles-esque retro group where all these dick heads listen to them and think that retro is cool so they listen to it.
