Parody? Sadly, no. | Reviewer: Paul1963 | 4/25/13

The first time I heard this version was in 2011 on Little Steven's Underground Garage (Sirius XM 21) and I thought it was a parody. It sounded like something Joe Piscopo would have recorded when he was doing "Frank Sinatra" as a character on Saturday Night Live in the early '80s. Then I glanced at the screen and saw that it was actually Sinatra. "The PTA, Mrs. Robinson/Won't okay the way you do your thing/Ring-ding-ding" indeed. Headshake.

I think this is a GREAT version of the song.

And some very interesting changes to the lyrics. For example, Jesus is gone - and who's Jilly?

And this bit is all new and a little bit dark:

"And you'll get yours, Mrs. Robinson
Foolin' with that young stuff like you do
Boo, hoo, hoo"

I love it.

sinatra's , and all pop music's worst moment. | Reviewer: bob friedman | 5/13/06

mrs. robinson performed by sinatra, makes me cringe! that is why it falls short of being the best BAD record. BAD records, like bad movies, such as "Plan 9 from outer space", are FUN. this disgrace of a recording is just very ANNOYING! ding, ding, oooh, wooh. it must be the best of something, but, geeze! this is the worst/best shmaltze-Vegas balony! Sinatra is so awkward here, like Kojack at Woodstock. yeah, baby! dingaling!
