Frankie must have loved to sing this song. The emotion that he puts into it is hard to believe. Being a woman I cried at the torment she is going through. Only Sinatra could sing this song with this kind of feeling, nobody else. Thank god for records, cd's dvd's and books that feature the greatest singer of all time. Jackie

"How Insensitve," represents Sinatra at his greatest. The way he puts the emotion into it, makes you feel sorrow for some one you don't even know. Getz is at his best. Bernardo

This song might be the best song ever written about breaking up. Getz,with the tenor sax sound that only he could produce, Jobim,with lyrics that make your eyes moist or Sinatra's golden tones make this a song capable of being played over and over and never let you forget about heartache.Elis Regina also did a sultry arrangement. The song is just plain great
