She is so warm and enchanting with such a strong sense of self, drawing comparisons to the much-adored Chan Marshall (Cat Power) and Sarah Harmer. She is sexy and completely adorable; men and women both have submitted to her undeniable talent. Her voice always takes centre stage. It needs no ornamentation. My favourite tracks include "One Evening;" the BeeGees cover "Inside Out;" from the Lacoste commercial, "Mushaboom;" and the 'spiritual twin of the Here It Goes Again video from OKGO,' "My Moon My Man." She'd inspiring with her haunting voice and yet it's not perfect a la american idol trash it's so raw you can feel everything in her voice reguardless if it's just a recording for a CD.
