Nowhere in the song is any other allusion made to megalomania; it doesn't make sense in the context of a song about jealousy. They've come up with another term here aside from 'god complex'--it's a 'loaded gun complex', the philosophy that when you have an opportunity you should just go for it regardless of consequences--as when holding a loaded gun, and you feel the temptation just to aim at whatever's bothering you and pull the trigger, or to shoot just for the heck of it. This reflects the sentiments of "that's just who I am THIS WEEK" and "going down (swinging) in an earlier round." It's a perfectly legitimate use; a god complex isn't the ONLY complex possible! 'God complex' doesn't make sense sandwiched between mention of "a bullet" and the clearly gun-related "cock it and pull it," while "loaded gun complex" fits perfectly into the extended metaphor.
