Don't think FNM were out for popularity at the time, they just like making
music. Their comeback was BRILLOPAD! Saw them in Joensuu, Finland, cried almost the whole way through like a teenage girl. I love their don't-give-a-crap attitudes, makes them more unique than the other bands around at that time. Mucho Lovage.

Whole band is awesome | Reviewer: Wanderlusting | 11/5/09

Mike's not an asshole. He's just intense, sarcastic and an all around smart aleck. He's actually very polite and well-bred - just has one crazy ass stage persona.

And he's a tiny bit crazy regardless.

And yes, FNM were great before Mike came along too, Roddy Billy Puffy, they are the backbone!

Faith No More Rule! | Reviewer: Anonymous | 7/7/07

Overshadowed by Metallica! Faith No More are MUCH better!

Mike Patton is a genius | Reviewer: Dion | 3/8/07

I agree that Faith No More is way more talented than most people put them out to be.... that is if "most people" have even heard of them. And I must say that not only is Faith No More kick ass, but so is everything else Mike Patton has ever done. He is a musical/lyrical genius and I love him! If there is anyone in this world that I want to meet before I die, he's at the top of my list. Sure, I hear he's an asshole but I don't care. He gave me a whole new appreciation of music, and believe me, I appreciate music a HELL of a lot! It saddens me to know that he will most likely leave this world without much recognition except from those of us who truly know what good music is and have had a taste of Mike Patton's brilliance. Mike, if you ever read this, know that I will introduce your music to anyone who has never heard of you and I bet most of them will like what they hear because I know I do. Also Peeping Tom should come to Calgary!!

im tired of cliches | Reviewer: Anonymous | 9/5/06

I don't know how to explain it, but i like this song, the lyrics fit in so well with the music and i just cannot comprehend why there are no reviews on it. I personally think this album is better than the real thing the music is better, the lyrical content is better, and every song flows well. Faith No More deserves more respect as they are really talented. Maybe if they weren't overshadowed by Metallica and Guns N'Roses during the late 80s early 90s they would have been more popular. But who cares if they're not as much of a commercial success as the previous 2 bands i mentioned, they are just as good, and very original. I haven't heard all their albums but i just found 2 tapes lying around the house one day, and i still listen to them to this day. When i ask people about Faith No More they say " who are they" or " vaguely know them" . Typical mainstream attitude of today's fucked up society. Just because something isn't popular doesn't mean it aint great. And all you here is oh " Epic" was a great song. Epic got the most radio play and air time that's why it was so good. I think there are way better songs by Faith No More. I liked the album " Angel Dust" a lot.
