The following line says, "even though the lack thereof would leave me empty inside. There is a river Rhine... You can choke on tears, and feel empty when you can't cry for someone you still believe you love. It's Rinds dummy | Reviewer: Nick | 9/19/2007 Ok, just because the songwriter himself is not grammatically smart enough to know how to spell Rinds, there is no other possible word that fits the CONTEXT of the SURROUNDING WORDS and whatever he might say on the website, Rinds is what he meant to say; these guys are rockers, not authors - to quote Sherlock Holmes, when all other possibilities have been excluded, what you are left with must be the truth - it is not possible to choke on Rhines, nor are there multiple "Rhine"'s in the world, it is a river in Germany, there is only one, and if you swallow it you probably would choke. To Set The Story Straight | Reviewer: Krista | 8/29/2007 This song, for one, is an amazingly written song, however, rhines is not a word, therefore, they could not be saying a non-existent word, well, they could, however, it would make little to no sense. Now, "Rinds" would make sense because you can choke on a rind, for it is the outer covering such as bark, or on cheese or bacon, or it is on fruit, again though, it would not go along with the song lyrics. Why would the lack of Rinds leave them empty inside? Rhymes seems to be the most fit word, because, as a writer, the lack of rhymes in a song or anything, would leave them empty inside, because rhyming and singing would be what they consider to be their life.
