god... you act like yall aint ever heard of different interps of songs... seriously... i love ev to death... im not so big on the whole Korn version... i connect more with Amy's amazing part.... also, you should try listening to songs with your friends that you have an idea of what its about, and ask them... betcha theyll come up with something that youve not thought of...

The band isnt just Amy Lee its Evanescence for God's Snake. Their are 4 more people!! dnt forget that they all put a bit into the song not just her.
As much as i LOVE AMY LEE i dnt think pppl should just say Amy Lee when refering to Evanescence

gosh ppl calm down, yes the song is written by Korn and performed by them but Evanescence did it too and they did an awesome job at it aswell as Korn. ITS JUST A COVER OF A SONG GET OVER IT!!!

Both bands are great, but considering this was originally something different for their concert it is great, and I really like it. So what if it may not be as powerful as Korn's version? Amy still gets the point of the song across, and I say a great overall performance by Evanescence. Keep rocking the show.

I love this song, and the way Amy sings it. It hit home a few months ago. I had to change my major in school and it wasn't really my fault, I was pushed out by various people at my school. I was in pain and held a lot of hate towards lots of people. It fit my mood so much at the time. Dark and broody, plus bleeding inside.

i respect everyone else's opinions, but personally i think evanescence performs this song better than korn. amy lee has a beautiful voice. however, both bands put a lot of emotion into this.

Who cares if it's a cover... I heard Evanescences' version before KoRns and I love them both... I'm doing this version for my HSC music assessment... It just shows how people interpret different words and lyrics and how they choose to express it... It's a good song to contrast with each other!

No but for Amy Lee... But the original one, KoRn one, is more powerful. The song is about hate, and anger, and J.Davis make a much better representation of those feelings.

Korn wrote this song so please change the artist name. People have different opinions deal with it and if you argue over the internet it is very, VERY sad. And yes I like the Korn version better.

Korn are shite! Amy Lee has an incredible voice and she sings this song beautifully. It doesn't matter whether its about hate or pain. She still makes it a great song even if it is covered. Evanescence are one of my favourite bands and their version of this song is much better.

I luv the song. Both versions r rg8. Korn shows more hate, Ammy Lee shows more pain. So we can see how different it`s possible to interpretate 1 song. The Korn version is more powerfull thou.

fuck korn!! Evanescence is awesome, and Amy has one of the most beautiful voices i have ever heard!! Korn is washed up and they only had like one good album if even that, maybe even just a couple songs, but Amy rocks and JD's a bitch.

how can it be more personal to amy than JD and korn??????? - its their song! amy is OK, but Korn have so much more going on with the stuff they write
