But for those of you who are always talking about how this song helps you, please explain to me, I have had problems, but I do not see how songs help you, they just make you feel worse according to me. The only way to help is to go make it better yourself, not sit there listening to songs, or sticking an ipod or other portable music devices in your ears and wrecking your ear drums.
