"The song is, according to Amy Lee, about fake celebrities who strip and sell their bodies for publicity, though it could also be interpreted that the song is about celebrities who have completely false images. It has been misinterpreted as a message against Christian faith. The unifying theme of the video is that of somebody merely peddling lies."
