i was just sitting in my room one night and this song came on xm radio and i was on the web and looked up the lyrics and i was like damn this is some real shit......my stepdad recently commited suicide and it was really hard for me to cope through and maybe if he just had hope he wouldnt of done what he has done but this song has givin me hope that life will go on and it does get better so you just have to roll with the punches and remember that what doesnt kill you will only make you stronger......peace to all and i hope that you find it in your heart to not take the easy way out but search for what really makes you a better person

Or for anyone who's ever been through shit in they lives
So they sit and they cry at night, wishing they die
So they throw on a rap record, and they sit and they vibe
We're nothing to you, but we're the fuckin' shit in their eyes

goddamn, he speaks the goddamned truth

Great Song and Rapper | Reviewer: Sebastiano | 5/30/08

this song is great cuz not only he shows how mature he became from Slim Shady LP but also he shits over other rappers that talk about "so called mafia", "woman"/"bitches" and "money"
i have to admit that i listen to rock the whole time but eminem is a good way to escape the same routine. i love him cuz he actually talks about something, not like 50 cent and other shit rappers

More than human...shit | Reviewer: R@zzvan | 3/22/08

Righ now I have tears on my cheek...this song is probebly one of his best, and if it is than shore is the best, the most sentimentaly, with the deepest lyrics and the most genious song ever exists...everybody knows that em have lots of haters but look at this
"We're nothing to you, but we're the fuckin' shit in their eyes" ... this man is ... I don't have evan the words for what i wanna say...and if 2pac is the father of rap, than eminem is the godfather!!!Peace

Song | Reviewer: Miss Zombie | 2/23/08

I Love The Song By BOth Aerosmith And Eminem Im Not Really Into Rap And Stuff Like That Am Into Stuff Like Metal But I Really Love Eminem Because His Songs Actullay Mean Something. His Also Cool Coz His Best Mates With Marilyn Manson. I Love This SOng Because It Just Tell You That Being Famous Isnt All That It Seems .
I LOVE IT

SING IT! | Reviewer: Fluffy | 1/21/08

It is not whether one did it better then the other, its how the music effects you. This song to me is beautiful. I don't think lyrics need to have big words and other meanings for it to be deep. Either way, both songs kick ass, though I think more people today can relate to Eminems. I'm reading them comments, even people who cannot understand some of it love it -- I mean, how awesome is that? You don't even have to understand it to love it. Ohhohohoho...I get goosebumps hearing this song...

"But all their kids been listen'n, religiously"

^ My favorite line ^

message for ROAR | Reviewer: james | 1/10/08

How could you think Aerosmith did this song better. This is one of Eminems best songs, it has so much meaning and captures everything that rap stands for. Eminem is in my opinion the best rapper when it comes to lyrics in his songs. He is so good wih words its amazing. Eminem = A Fucking GENIUS!!!

i have to say, i dont really rate eminem because most of his songs are not that deep or good, buh i have to admit as soon as i heard this song i changed my mind about him, in this track hes on sum nx level, if he produced music like this more often i guess he could be recognised a lil more

Just a craftmanship! | Reviewer: Sabaku No Gaara | 12/12/07

Most of Eminem's rap songs are great, but this one does not waste any single word - everything is as deep as it possibly could be. It's amazing how Eminem has mastered his rap craft; he creates excellent lyrics as well as raps them very well.

"They say music can alter moods and talk to you, well can it load a gun up for you and cock it too?"

It's definitely one of the best parts in this song. I respect Eminem, since he's one of the greatest rappers nowadays. I'm not telling this, because his lyrics are offensive, but in view of his rap skills, which are just astonishing.
Peace! :)
