Nothing in this song is literal. Quite a lot of the lines don't just have one meaning, but two or three. Stop looking at the superficial and go deeper. For one, put it into context. He was being criticised for having foul language and themes on The Slim Shady LP, so as a big 'fuck you' he makes sure the first song on the next album will be even fouler, simultaneously pointing out that what is considered inappropriate is relative and also subjective. The Marshall Mathers LP as a whole is a counter-reaction to the shit he got for TSSLP - basically that he can say what he likes, whether it be fictitious or factual.

I completely understand people being offended, but people are too damn sensitive. I think Eminem has changed as of now. His songs seems to be more about the revitalization of spirit and body. However, his lyrics of the past are still disturbing or insulting to some members of society. I believe he was using them as the time to capitalize on the gangster rap theme in the early 2000's. I remember, that every boy in middle school wanted to be a gangster then and was discovering the feel of a boner, no doubt egged on by the lyrics of rap. Eminem, being white, had to use a certain series of harsh, unbelievable words to compete with the black rappers of the day.

Eminem says things like "Girls neither - ain't nothing but a slut to me" and "You're nothing but a girl" in the chorus, and later "Just criminal intent to sodomize women" in the verse after that. If you look at some other songs by Eminem, you'll see that this is a pattern with him. I'm just saying...he's not on an 'anti-slut campaign,' he hates all women.
