Wow!It sounds almost like "Reimmstein"! I have been a fan since 1984, never missed anything and I found the new single refreshing. The words were spiritual & touching, as usual. I was lucky enough to have met Martin back in 1991 in Welwyn G.C and met him in Stevenage too in "Our Price Records" stores. Great, sensitive, superb artist. It was such a distinct feeling, one that I haven't felt in years. While I have loved every album since Violator with the exception of Exciter (I only liked that album), It seems like Playing the Angel is going to be mind blowing. Simply put, this band is genius. In the disappointment that was 'dream on' i was hoping for something with a bit more musicality to it. And my god, what have they done to us. This track is amazing. By far one of their best since walking in my shoes. I can't stop listening to this infectious, distinctively depeche mode track. Cant wait for the album. but october is so far away. grrrr.
