They got a bit better later, but mostly just by cutting out 2/3rds of the lyrics. There is no plausable deeper meaning to the lyrics. Hell, there's no plausible meaning of ANY sort to the lyrics. It's like the ravings of a coked out hobo. The instrumentals are decent, but the rest is just... audible vomit.
