Deftones often appears to sing about abusive relationships in the eyes of the abuser. I think this parallels this in their normal, metaphorical fashion. In the begining i didnt really mind it much, because it didnt make much sense. but towards listening to it and seeing the lyrics. It made alot of sense. Mostly about people and temptation they know they shouldnt do, but once they try it out, they love it. and become addicted to its "taste". I personally say i love deftones music its very inspiriing.
