Dave is amazing at bringing a memory into your thoughts just by using a few words. I love that paragraph about the hot afternoon, top untied, wanting to follow the sweat down your spine...such talent to take words about someone dying on the side of the road in Louisiana Bayou and make it an upbeat song..It's all about the words. I Love Dave.

i'm from wisconsin, so i may be missing some common terminology here, but i don't understand the use of "drunk" in this song. it's referring to "a night of drunkenness," right? is that a common usage, or did dave invent it?

... Oh, "An' Another Thing," what's with the use of "good, good" as lyrical description? i would appreciate a more creative disyllabic adjective. BUT it does, i'll admit, make the song slightly more relaxed/playful/juvenile/immature.

** Suggestion for the reader: perform a search (in iTunes?) for songs containing "dream" in the song title. play that from top to bottom.
