I got this song via a burned CD from a friend and I had listened to it a few times. Out of pure curiousity, I decided to look up the lyrics. While listening to it and reading the words, I began to cry. You can feel what he felt, through music--and I think that is the hardest thing in the world to do.

I'm thirteen and from Australia but I turn on the radio and I'm sick and tired of hearing Nelly Furtado or Justin Timberlake. I am so glad that I found Damien Rice and spared no time trying to find all his songs. His music is brilliance in its simplest form.

This is my favorite song by Damien Rice. It's so real and full of pure, simple emotion. Other people like "The Blower's Daughter" or "Cannonball" but those songs are cliche and lack a rythm that pulls upon your heart strings. I'm an avid fan of Jeff Buckley, I agree that Damien rice is similiar but he has found his own niche in the music community.

Much like the rest of this cd.. this song is absolutely beautiful. Definitely get a hold of all the 'O' cd because it's well worth it.
