However, daft punk is...something else. I think it goes beyond music genres and tastes, because no matter if you like them or not, you still have to admit that man, they're good! And no matter what your tastes in music are, you'll probably like them anyway. Look at me for example. I'm into the modern punk scene for example Simple Plan, Finnish metal bands such as nightwish and HIM, and I have a thing for U2, and I don't like techno, but I will listen to any daft punk song because they're definitely good music, great quality, and well...looking forward to more and more from them.
