Dani has read and loves the Marquis de Sade. Sade is a big inspiration to Mr. Filth. He really corresponds philosophically with him. You all should check out "120 Days of Sodom" (which Dani has read like 4 times) if you think he's some 'nice guy'.

Political motive | Reviewer: Barry C | 6/24/08

Does anyone else notice the political notions in this song, Dani is a fond analyser of the globalisation of politics, and particulary with the last two verses, there is definately reference to global tyranny and the oblivion of the masses, great lyrics

i love cradle of filth! i love the magnificent creativity they use with their songs and lyrics; especially this particularly amazing song. all of the lyrics and well thought out melodies of each individual song is beautiful and has true meaning. some people may think its morbid and jump to that "hatred-of-the-world" conclusion, but they really have to be true cradle of filth admirers to understand the meaning of the songs. this song is beautiful!!
i love it..
..i would do anything to be able to write like that.

keep up with the AMAZING work!
