Veni in this sense is in the imperative form and as such is a command. The Writing Writer is commanding Claudio the Crowing to come to his end happy and accept his fate and bring about the destruction of the Keywork as he does later in The End Complete off NWFT. actually the imperative form of venir would be "ven (tu)" or "venga(ud)" not "veni". nict try though--the correct lyrics are "feliz seria que hora" which is a mis translation anyway on claudio's part...it would make more sense as "feliz seria a que hora?"
