It's definitely "let your rabbit go run."It doesn't make sense to let your "radical" run. And i do recall the other songs mentioning a rabbit so there is definitely a connection. As in the song,"The Willing Well II: From Fear Through The Eyes Of Madness", it clearly has a line saying,"Run little Rabbit, go hide in the blades of that grass, run rabbit run.".
