The "Robot" is addressing himself. Secondly it is also IRO-bot which means Interceptive Recon Operative bot. They are the cyborgs in which most of the Coheed & Cambria story revolves around. They are Coheed, Cambria and Jesse( AKA the "bad boy). This is from Jesse's point of view because he regrets the things that he did in the KBI. He thinks his life will soon end (which it does soon). He is also reflecting on his love for his children also.
