Gunslingers Arent Resevered For The Dark Tower | Reviewer: Anonymous | 2/6/09
Just because it has gunslingers in it doesnt mean all of a sudden it came from the dark tower series. Gunslingers were people in the west praised for their quickness with the gun. Seriously Dont be such a moron, And the story uses towers so get over it. Towers are very common in story telling stephen wasnt the first so get over it
not the first time.. | Reviewer: jailcellkid | 12/18/08
claudio has been known to borrow from many sauces in his writing, for example some of the story told by earlier tracks contains various similarities to star wars. However, all of the coheed tracks, in some way or another, follow the story of the Amary Wars.
p.s. awsome song.
Reminiscent of The Dark Tower by Steven King | Reviewer: The Crimson Rabem | 6/27/08
This song borrows heavily from the first book in Steven Kings novel Series The Dark Tower, with many referneces to the book such as gunslingers (Roland), the Tower (The Dark Tower), and removing the sin from the town (which is similar to what Roland did in the novel, killing the members of the town who were in thrall of a demon/voodoo woman in the guise of a priest.
The Best Rock and Roll Song of the Past Decade... | Reviewer: The Rev. Jenner J. Hull | 1/28/08
Seriously.
It has an awesome central riff and, unlike almost every other popular rock band you can think of, ridiculously good solos by consummate riff-slingers.
I can't stop listening to it...
