a month ago my bestfriends dad died from a stroke his name was Gene and he was a great man everytime i look at my friend i see him and since this has happened i havnt been able to believ that if there is a god y did he take this amazing man at only 39 years of age...but by listening to this song i understand it was jesus' calling and i must accept it the voice of truth speaks to me it tells me "no matter wat happens always believe"

I was in an abusive marriage for a few years I married very young and we had 2 little boys. I knew I needed to leave him or I would end up another statistic (dead). There were times during fights when I could see nothing but darkness and I lived every day in fear of my life. When 5:00 would come around I would Trimble knowing that "he" was coming home soon. I was so afraid and I felt as if I were a slave to this fear that over came me when he was near. I felt in my heart that I had to leave but there was this voice telling me that there was no way I would make it out in that big world without this guy. My ex was the giant. I prayed always every moment for strength and wisdom. Then one day I heard this song I knew it was god speaking to me telling me to have faith. I still have faith when I hear this song I know god hears me and know who I am and what I need.

When this song comes up at the end of the new movie release "Facing the Giants," I just lose control. This is not just an inspirational hymn, it is a part of God's Truth. The world rejects truth because it is so bright, it casts the shadows of our sins which are then visible and humiliating. Courage dear friends. He is a powerful God; on our side--if we abide in Him.

My alarm clock consists of our satellite TV system connected to our stereo system set to come on to SkyAngel channel for WAY-FM. The second song this morning was "Voice of Truth" and for the first time I heard the lyrics.

It was so timely! I have been trying different things and failing all my life. I am now a real estate sales office broker-manager. I am basically a coach to a team of other agents. Some are motivated, most are not.

Just the other night, the LORD awoke me with an idea. I broke it to the more motivated agents, one of whom is my wife, and they (3 out of 25 active agents out of 60 total agents)were so excited. Then I woke up to this song this morning, and for the first time heard the lyrics.

It became part of my morning prayer and study to find the lyrics and share them via e-mail with this small squad. It was so timely. I am now convinced that this idea is of the LORD.

I am facing some major obstacled both personally and professionally, but the LORD greeting me as I got up with this song tells me that He is absolutely with me and wants me to succeed.

Let's see what He does!
