We'd had a fight and she was feeling bad for making me cry. And when I heard it I just fell in love with it. It's such a great song, with a beautiful melody and equally beautiful lyrics. As for my girlfriend, we're still together, for now at least. Things aren't great and I see us growing apart day by day. I wish she knew how sorry I am for making her cry, for not having the courage to leave everything behind to be with her for good.
