no it's definately "all of the boys and all of the girls and begging to If U Seek Amy" because she's actually saying F U C K Me, when you listen to the sounds. she's not actually looking for a girl named Amy.

Umm, actually, the lyrics posted on this page are correct. Yours are the wrong ones. It is "All of the boys and all the girls are beggin' to If You Seek Amy". The song title's an entendre. Say it out loud and figure out what it spells.
Just because something's not spelled "properly" or just because it isn't grammatically correct doesn't make it any less official.
